A private-equity–backed, independent media-advisory group that has almost tripled in size over the past two years is building a new tech and data function. Reporting to a recently appointed CTO, you will turn scattered consulting know-how into a single enablement platform that every consultant relies on each day.

The impact you’ll make

Own the multi-year roadmap for an internal service-enablement platform and link every release to revenue and margin goals.

Translate pain points from client directors, analysts and engineers into clear user stories with measurable outcomes.

Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritisation and releases, keeping delivery on time and on budget.

Retire legacy tools, integrate recent-acquisition tech and enforce data standards.

Build adoption, NPS and efficiency dashboards; report progress and risks directly to the CTO and executive team.

What you bring

8–12 years leading product or programme teams that create internal platforms at scale.

Proven success integrating tech stacks after mergers or large reorganisations.

Hands-on skill with data architecture, workflow automation and BI.

Ability to influence C-suite and consultants without formal line authority.

Comfort in a PE-backed, high-growth environment where priorities move quickly.

Clear, decisive communication and an agile delivery mindset.
