Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met de lokale Service- en Salesteams en maakt deel uit van een BENELUX Dispatch-team om onze klanten te ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse behoeften. In deze rol ziet een typische dag er als volgt uit: + Het maken van planningenvoor het Field Service-team om preventieve en ad-hocdienstenaanklanten te verlenen. + Communicatie met klanten via telefoon en e-mail + Identificatie van de behoeften van klanten en Field Service-team en het bieden van passendeoplossingen. You will work closely with the local Service and Sales teams daily and be part of a BENELUX Dispatch team to support our customers' daily needs.
