Service Director / Assistant General Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Service Director / Assistant General Manager to help lead our front-of-house operations and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Job Overview:
The Service Director / Assistant General Manager will oversee daily service operations, lead and develop FOH staff, and support the General Manager in driving excellence across all areas of the restaurant. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong floor presence, and a deep commitment to hospitality and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example with a strong, visible floor presence during service, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive, and personalized hospitalityCoach and mentor the front-of-house team to deliver an elevated, seamless dining experienceBuild genuine relationships with guests, fostering a welcoming environment and encouraging repeat businessOversee daily service flow, anticipating needs and resolving guest concerns in real timeUphold and elevate service standards through regular training, feedback, and hands-on leadershipCollaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely executionContinuously seek ways to enhance the overall guest journey, from arrival to departure

Qualifications:

3+ years of management experience in upscale dining or hospitalityProven leadership and team development skillsExceptional guest service and communication abilitiesStrong floor management and operational knowledgeExperience with POS systems and staff scheduling platformsAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
