Receives inbound and outbound inquiries from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others via phone, email, web portal, chat, etc. Responds with accurate and timely information utilizing the highest customer service and quality standards. Provides efficient service while multitasking: actively listening and communicating with customers, navigating technology, and documenting calls in real-time. Works as part of a team and supports one or more service delivery teams. Establishes and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction. Helps foster an environment in which continuous improvement in business processes and services is welcomed and recognized. Facilitates the resolution of all customer inquiries, with a specialization in those related to digital and human resources, including technical, application, and other specialized areas. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and organizational policies and procedures, to protect the privacy and safety of employee and patient information.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health and external organizations.
Ability to analyze complex information and identify trends to inform decision-making.
Speak clearly and distinctly using appropriate vocabulary and grammar to obtain information and explain technical information
Perform effectively in environments with frequent and fluctuating workload changes, competing demands, and frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks that accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and manage time to meet deadlines.
Work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
Familiarity with a contact center or service desk environment.
Familiarity with common computer applications.

Pay Range is $32.36 to $46.93 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
