About position:

The Service Desk Team provides customer service on Level 1 via telephone or email. The first step is to analyze the issue on a detailed level and try to solve it, otherwise, it will be passed on to 2nd level. Other tasks include automation projects, assisting the Account Management, etc.


What you can look forward to as Service Desk Front Office Engineer for Polish Customers:

You will be the first-line support to provide technical support to customers, field engineers, technicians; Provide support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature; Reporting design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs;  Supporting remotely customer installations. 

 

Your Profile as Service Desk Front Office Engineer for Polish Customers:

Good communication skills and a customer – and service-oriented approach; Experience in a Helpdesk / Customer Service Desk role is desirable; Strong customer focus paired with solution orientation, analytical skills, and resistance to stress; Bachelor's degree in IT or equal experience; Knowledge of hardware and software; Passion for perfect customer service and Team player; Fluent in English and Polish language both written and spoken.
