You excel in a fast-paced environment, managing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining web support infrastructure to ensure a seamless digital experience. Your role is pivotal in enhancing user satisfaction by efficiently resolving technical challenges and fostering clear, proactive communication. Responsibilities: Handle user inquiries through multiple channels (web portal, email, chat, and phone), resolving issues promptly or escalating to specialized teams as needed. Configure, troubleshoot web-related hardware and software, including user devices and access to web applications, ensuring optimal functionality. Mentor junior team members, serve as an escalation point for complex issues, and contribute to the development of web-based knowledge articles for user support portals. Maintain consistent communication with users, providing updates on issue resolution and notifying them of system outages or updates. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; 3-5 years of experience in technical support or service desk roles. Proven expertise in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting hardware (e.g., mobile devices, PCs) and web access issues, with at least two years of hands-on experience. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with fluency in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing ITSM tickets, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
