Service Desk Analyst
We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our Helpdesk support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for end users, handling inbound requests via phone, email, and chat. You’ll provide timely and effective support ranging from simple password resets to mid-level troubleshooting and issue triage. Key Responsibilities: + Respond to and resolve technical issues from end users across a 24x7 support environment. + Provide remote support for users working from home, ensuring minimal disruption to their productivity. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, VPN clients, Microsoft Office applications, and custom enterprise software. + Utilize help desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti) to document and manage support requests. + Collaborate with team members remotely to ensure consistent and high-quality support. + Search and reference internal knowledge bases and historical tickets to identify solutions. Required Experience: + 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or call center environment. + Hands-on experience with help desk ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Ivanti. + Proven ability to support remote users and work effectively in a virtual team setting. Technical Skills: + Proficiency in troubleshooting common Windows-related issues. + Working knowledge of Active Directory and domain hierarchy. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). + Experience troubleshooting VPN clients and connectivity issues. **Required 4 days onsite in Catonsville, MD Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
