Service Desk Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in New York, NY. Summary: In this role, you will provide front-line IT support by managing and resolving Level 1 incidents and service requests. You will serve as the primary point of contact for end users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: * Service Desk Analyst will respond to help desk calls and emails within SLA timeframes * Log, prioritize, and resolve end-user support requests * Triage and escalate issues appropriately per SLA/OLA guidelines * Monitor and track ticket progress; Close tickets upon resolution * Follow escalation and paging procedures to maintain SLA compliance * Support common issues such as password resets, MS Office, and Windows * As a Service Desk Analyst, you will deliver excellent customer service and maintain user confidence * Participate in special projects and adapt to various shifts and locations
