Summary:
Join our frontline IT support team! As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll provide real-time coverage across phone, email, and request queues, resolving Level 1 and 11/2 incidents and requests. You will be the single point of contact for users, ensuring issues are triaged, escalated, and resolved per SLA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve password, MS Office, Windows issues at Level 1
* Monitor and manage Service Desk queues
* Escalate and track tickets per SLA
* Use tools like ServiceNow for performance monitoring
* Support continuous improvement and special projects
