We’re searching for a Macedonia based Service Desk Analyst Intern to join our Corporate team, so that we can ensure smooth IT operations and support for our employees. The Service Desk Analyst Intern will provide essential IT support and manage computer assets to contribute to RLDatix's mission of safer, better healthcare for all. How you’ll spend your time + Assist with computer equipment inventory and stock management to maintain accurate records and efficient asset tracking. + Provide desk-side support, resolving hardware and software faults to ensure minimal disruption for employees. + Conduct laptop and desktop builds to prepare new equipment for RLDatix offices. + Document all procedures in accordance with current service standards to ensure clear and consistent IT processes. + Support new starter and leaver processes to facilitate seamless employee onboarding and offboarding. What kind of things we’re most interested in you having + Basic technical skills in computer hardware, Microsoft Windows, and mobile technologies. + Strong organizational and inventory management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Familiarity with Email and Microsoft Office applications. + Strong spoken and written English skills. + Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare. + A knack for working collaboratively within an international team.
