ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Desk Analyst I, you will serve as a technical first point of contact for computer system-related questions or problems — accurately documenting customer requests and effectively utilizing all resources to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
QualificationsEducation
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate requiredExperience
6 months telephone Help Desk experience or experience assisting customers in resolving computer problems requireExperience working in a call center preferred.Experience using an ACD/Phone systems preferred.Experience experience using an Incident Management System.Open to all shiftsDisclaimers
