Position: Design Analyst -Mobility & Field Tools
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Grade: 09
Position Summary
The candidate will become a member of the Global Service Delivery Digital Transformation Team responsible for global development, implementation, and support of Mobility Tools used in Field Operations. This organization creates local apps and partners with IT and Operations teams to architect and support world class, end-to-end solutions spanning functional areas such as Transaction Services and Hardware Services.
This organization works closely with IT Services organizations and other solution providers to perform global systems integrations and new functionality development and implementation.
Ideal candidate will have Field Service Center (FSC) experience. Candidate will have documented experience working directly with Services business users documenting system requirements or process improvements, as well as to identify, document and resolve system issues.
Will have working knowledge and experience using Oracle ES, ES Mobility, CSSM, OKM, BYOD, ODK, Photo Tool, Reverse Logistics, any new applications assigned to team and Global Services teams processes and operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Primary focus is setup, support, and implementation of:Support , Request for Change and Testing of ES Mobile, Sam Portal, BYOD, any other assigned virtual tools.Oracle ES Enterprise Services and enhancements – for FSC, Field Users and any other designated user group.Setup , Support and User training on tools BYOD, Part Audit, Photo Tool, CE Ride Along, SNFI, Checklists, CE Codes, ES Mobility, Sam Portal and any other tools supported by the teamWorking with Business units and Account teams on development, documentation and testing of ODK forms for Mobile devices.Responsible for specific unit testing and unit test case and data creation efforts and coordination/support with the testing teams.Responsible for capturing and documenting user requirements.Work closely with other members of the team to implement a multi-functional business solution.Ownership of support tickets assigned to team member through resolution within committed SLA. Investigation and resolution of system bugs and track to successful resolution.Assumption of any role in the Agile development process as assigned by manager: including, but not limited to, Business analyst or Production owner. This responsibility may change throughout time with the team.Additional experience - desired
