Work you'll do/Responsibilities
+ Deploy new desktops, laptops, network devices and install software according to specifications.
+ Provide expert and creative solutions to client problems of a complex nature to ensure client satisfaction and productivity.
+ Configure hardware and software components for optimal functionality.
+ Coordinate client and support issues, Ensure timely distribution of knowledge and positive impact on client satisfaction and productivity.
+ Use and maintain current support policies, and methods of support delivery, to provide technically accurate solutions to clients.
+ Participate in team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of support.
+ Consistently model the highest levels of support orientation and professionalism.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide technical support in person or remotely.
+ Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
+ Explain complex technical issues and solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
+ Maintain accurate records of deliveries, services performed, and repairs.
+ Complete necessary paperwork, including project plans, service requests and work logs.
+ Document installation and repair processes for future reference.
+ Should have experience of project implementation in a large Hospital setup
+ Should have the ability to work in IDF/MDF Closets and have basic to intermediate networking skills
+ Should have a valid driving license and a car to drive across NY city

Qualifications
Required
+ 3+ years of experience with End User Technology (Windows, Apple, Printers)
+ Experienced with Network Closets (Switches, Routers)
+ Experience performing technical activities coordinating with multiple vendors / third parties
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
+ Experience in Working in End User Computing Technology / Network Technology in Closets
+ Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
+ Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
+ Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
+ Excellent Written and Communication Skills
+ Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

This compensation range is specific to New York State and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $42,000 to $71,000.
