Job Description SummaryService Delivery Specialist is responsible for driving service delivery, field parts inventory and service tools management processes to ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution and operation excellence across Turkey, Iran & Central Asia.

As Service Delivery Specialist, you will manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. You will impact quality of own work and the work of others on the team. You will execute standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesEstablishing a smart service inventory in line with Global Parts Team’s strategy and ensuring availability of parts in local warehousesManaging installation and field tool inventory; purchase, loan, calibration & repair processesDriving data analysis and business case development for key projectsDeveloping productivity initiatives/projects to reduce cost, improve efficiency, eliminate manual work and increase speed of serviceAchieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on a daily basis

Required Qualifications

basic experience in the Logistics & Logistics. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
