Play a significant role

As the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of Baker Hughes’ Wellbore Intervention portfolio of products and services.  You will manage and lead a team of onshore and offshore coordinators at the operational and execution end of the project. You will ensure project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. You will impact midterm developments and elaborate suggestions for the strategic plan.

As a Service Delivery Manager – Wellbore Intervention, you will also be responsible for:

Ensuring on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.Ensuring that the business maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities by enabling flawless executionOverseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibilityCollaborating with sales, commercial, engineering, supply chain and other relevant stakeholder groups as well as direct interaction with customersEnsuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activityEnabling the team to understand contractual requirements for their assigned job portfolio to ensure profitability and continuous improvementDeveloping the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelors degree in an engineering, commercial, or science subjectHave previous experience in oil and gas industry with particular focus on Wellbore Intervention techniques and processesHave a good understanding and experience within the Norwegian marketBe able to communicate complex technical information to customers and stakeholdersBe adept at understanding contracts and influencing financial and cost saving opportunitiesDemonstrate excellence in leadership, management and influencing stakeholders toward a common goalDemonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with teams, customers and stakeholders across multiple levelsBe able to deal with daily challenges in a positive and proactive wayHave a growth mindset and ‘can do’ attitudeWork effortlessly under pressure and see opportunity where others see problems
