The Service Delivery Manager Southern Europe is the main partner for all customer requests related to aftermarket activities and main support to Service Activities from back office perspective, ensuring service delivery with high standards to our customers and contributing to the health of service business (revenue).

Working across all levels of the business, this position will play a key role in contributing to the growth of overall business beyond service as well. This will require collaborating with team members at the point of impact and across the organization. Identify and implement opportunities to improve, while also operating as a change agent to ensure processes and standard work are being sustained and effective.

This position reports to the Service Manager Southern Europe and is part of the South Service Team. Office HQ´s located in Buccinasco offices (Milano LMS), and the Role is fully on site (office 5 days/week). 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Prioritize and track all open cases to ensure the required response and resolution times.Understanding of customer problems and proper documentation as well as forwarding remote teams.Ordering spare parts if required and monitoring punctual delivery.Quotation to and follow-up with customers to receive orders in time if the intervention is not covered by a contract or guarantee.Responsible for the coordination of the appointments with the customers in alignment with the delivery time of the spare-parts and dispatching FSE´sFollow up on the execution and ensuring hand offs are properly done and with no delays in your responsibilities.Optimizing the scheduling of FSEs to ensure fast response times, reduce travel times and assign employees according to their skillsWorking closely with the service sales team to generate potential orders for service products, such a service contracts.Identifying improvement and optimization areas in collaboration with the service teams to implement continuous improvement activities and projects to achieve agreed KPIs.Regular review of case documentation, identification of deficiencies, discussion of needs and corresponding potential for improvement in your responsibilities.Responsible for all aspects of leadership (planning, leadership, promotion, evaluation).

The essential requirements of the job include

Education

Degree with a focus on Business administration and Several years of professional experience, including management experience and Experience in dispatching FSEs and High customer orientation.The ability to plan and organize, coupled with a high level of decision making ability.Experience with CRM and ERP systems and Experience with SAP and BDE service Cloud is a plus.

Language

English.Will be a plus the skills in the different Regional languages (French, Italian, Spanish and/or Portuguese).
