Job description
As a Service Delivery Manager expert in Azure Cloud Systems and Devops Automation, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the MARS application, built on the CEGID platform. In this position, you will combine your expertise in cloud systems, DevOps, and application management to ensure seamless service delivery and technical excellence for our clients. Collaborating with international teams, you will drive innovation, contribute to the design and maintenance of critical applications, and support the continuous improvement of our technology solutions within a fast-growing, multicultural organization.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
Serve as the technical expert for the MARS application, based on the CEGID platform Participate in the design and maintenance of the MARS application Manage technical aspects and application resources for MARS Automate DevOps processes on Azure Collaborate with teams in India (Accenture and O+O) to ensure seamless application management Engage with stakeholders to create connections remotely and animate the user community Ensure optimal database management and system engineering for the application Contribute to the continuous improvement and reliability of the application
🎯 Your profile:
Experience with Azure cloud systems and DevOps automation Experience with technical application management, ideally on CEGID platforms Experience with OS, 2IS, SQL, and PowerShell Academic background: engineering or computer science At least 5 years of relevant experience in system engineering, DevOps, and database management Fluent English; other languages are a plus Experience with remote collaboration and community engagement Experience with server management in relation to application architecture You have an ability to communicate effectively, motivate others, and proactively take the lead
