***German Speaking Service Delivery Manager - Onsite - Austria***

For our global client, RED is currently looking for a German Speaking Service Delivery Manager to join in a project.

The consultant is expected to start ASAP and for an initial contract running for 3 months. The project is onsite working so therefore, 5 days travel is expected a week in Vienna, Austria.

Must have skills

Strong IT leadership experience - specifically in Digital Workplace / DEX. Proven track record in IT service delivery, ITSM, and frameworks like ITIL or COBIT. Experience managing SLAs, vendor relationships, and continuous service improvement. Strong stakeholder engagement skills (across matrix organisations). English & German communication is mandatory.
