岗位职责
项目规划与执行
负责网络安全项目的全生命周期管理，包括需求分析、方案设计、资源协调、进度控制及验收交付。制定项目计划，明确里程碑、交付物及风险应对策略，确保项目按时高质量完成。协调开发、运维、安全团队及外部供应商，推动跨部门协作。安全运营与管理
负责安全运营体系构建，包括安全事件监控、应急响应、威胁情报分析及处置闭环管理。优化安全策略（如访问控制、日志审计），定期评估安全设备（如SIEM、EDR）运行效能。主导安全运营指标（MTTR、漏洞修复率等）制定与改进，推动自动化响应流程落地。协调SOC（安全运营中心）团队，提升7×24小时安全事件发现与处置能力。技术方案落地
对接客户或业务部门需求，设计网络/数据安全解决方案（SIEM平台搭建、攻防演练、SOC运营等）。跟踪新兴安全技术（如云安全、AI驱动安全），推动技术成果转化。沟通与汇报
定期向管理层汇报项目进展，撰写技术文档及复盘报告。较强的文档与报告编写能力，按照客户要求梳理月度报告。能够使用英语与客户沟通并完成想要报告任职要求
基础要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、通信等相关专业优先。3年以上网络安全经验，其中至少1年项目管理经验。熟悉主流安全技术（防火墙、IDS/IPS、渗透测试等）及项目管理工具（Jira、Microsoft Project等）。熟悉主流安全平台（Sentinel、QRadar、Splunk等）及主流安全产品的日志分析与接入技能与认证（加分项）
持有PMP、CISSP、CISM、CISP等认证。精通网络安全体系框架（如NIST、MITRE ATT&CK）。有制造业、高端零售、互联网等行业工作经验。
