JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides technical assistance and act as an adviser for VIP users.

Individual Responsibilities:
+ Lead a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

+ Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align on data strategy and project timelines.

+ Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
+ Implement data architecture solutions to support data warehousing, analytics, and reporting needs.

+ Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
+ Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure data infrastructure is reliable, efficient, and scalable.
+ Ensure data quality and integrity through effective testing and validation processes.
+ Optimize data processes for performance and cost-effectiveness.
+ Stay updated with emerging data technologies and industry best practices.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data engineering capabilities.
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
+ 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
+ Proven experience in a lead or mentoring role.
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
+ Strong experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Apache Spark).
+ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
+ Solid understanding of SQL and database management systems.
+ Experience with data modeling, data APIs, and data integration.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
