Service Delivery Lead

As the Service Delivery Lead at our site in Stretford, you will hold line management responsibility for an administrative team, including recruitment, performance appraisals, absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Duties include:
Deliver business performance metrics with team and wider management teamManaging and deploying staff resources to ensure that deadlines and targets are met within agreed timescalesEnsuring that medical, administration, accommodation and computer resources are maximised to schedule sufficient examinations to achieve all targetsProducing, making active and regularly using statistical data and dissemination of work management reports to manage the workload effectively, including cascading of same to your teamWorking with other teams and Team Leaders to ensure cohesion within unit and work flow progressionProviding reports on performance as appropriateSupporting the Operations Manager in establishing and maintaining effective customer liaisons.Salary £30,000 per annum. Experience in a Business Administration position or similar roleStrong people management and coaching skillsFluent English language skills: spoken and written in a clear, caring, courteous and professional mannerAttention to detail in relation to office supervision dutiesAbility to confidently use MS Word, Excel and Outlook to a basic standardAble to motivate team members to deliver work to set targets and effectively structure daily activities ensuring effective outcomeWillingness to travel as required by the business and undertake other duties and working patterns as required.
