As part of the payment services activities, you are responsible for handling customer requests to ensure the delivery of the requested services while respecting the contractual SLAs. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure the implementation of the service accepted by the customer within the agreed timelines. 

Prepare, validate, and deliver update patches in coordination with the RUN IT & Internal Support teams. 

Handle and resolve incidents and/or regressions caused by the implementation of the service. 

Qualify customer information requests. 

Prepare, process, and communicate responses to customer queries.
