As an Service Delivery Coordinator - Artificial Lift Applications Engineer, you will own the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects implementation. Activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer.
You will be responsible for:
Provides technical expertise and develops technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the pre-ITO (requisition) process while interfacing with the commercial team.Possesses a deep understanding of relevant markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies. To include 'ITO': Technical analysis of client need: definition and optimization of the products; scope (description); schedule; industrial scheme; cost, considering contract and internal policies and procedures.Calculation of plant, system and equipment performance and efficiency.Documentation of technical specifications & costing elements for further contract execution phases. This also includes OTR part where engineers work on customizing the products and implementing it for specific customer needsExecutes routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision.Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.Works within a team setting and / or under guidance. Alternatively: executing routine but complex analysis.Supervises Failure Root Cause Analysis with Technical Support and workshop, operations team.Supports the SDM in the periodic performance review with the customer.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology).Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills required. Attentive to detail.Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.Work in a way that works for you
