As Service Delivery Coordinator you will coordinate activities to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and safely to both the Client and Companies satisfaction.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environmentPerforming checks of equipment required for cementing, coiled tubing or production enhancement jobs to ensure operational readinessAttending customer sites to provide technical support for on-site installation, periodic maintenance, repairs and upgrades on X-ray and CT systemsProviding support, mentoring, supervision and guidance to team to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completedHandling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective supportManaging client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close outEnsuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectivesEnsuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakagePerform other tasks assigned by the management
