Daily Duties:
Provide energetic, genuinely caring, and fun service to our spa customer family andcoworkers in all tasks! Ensuring staff and customers alike always hear your smile
through the phone and feel you are always willing to lend a helping hand Field inbound calls all day as the Service Coordinator is the first person on phones.
Identifying customers needs to provide the proper solution: Live guidance, create and
schedule a service call, or escalate for Service/Ops Manager review Scheduling and maintaining 7 service/valet technician schedules Manage inventory for all office and warehouse small equipment/supplies Shipping products and receiving parts/office supplies Entering, maintaining, and growing monthly valet services/contracts Create and maintain accurate and detailed data entry for multiple services Focused and specialized tasks assigned such as leading autoship services, warranty, or
post sales coordination/follow-up.
Requirements:
We expect bright people who feed off of rolling up their sleeves to blaze through taskslike a ninja in a fruit ninja game. Always ready for more and getting a thrill from
accomplishing so much in a single day every day. Must be energetic with the desire to make each day a great day. This is not an office
where you can float by doing the bare minimum or keeping your head down. Do not
leave your personality at home! Outstanding time management and organizational skills that would make your watch and
calendar jealous
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in a high call volume position dealing with a large diversity ofcustomer inquiries and issues 2+ years experience with CRM’s, scheduling applications/software, Outlook, various
other Microsoft Office applications, and general office administrative duties
