Job Description Job Details Insight Global is seeking highly organized Service Coordinator to support one of our security integrator clients in Raleigh, NC. This coordinator will be responsible for managing service requests, scheduling, coordinating with technicians and ensuring timely and efficient service deliveries to clients. Skills and Requirements Required skills: - 2-3 years of experience with coordinating, scheduling, and booking orders at a large scale - Experience in an integrator/service environment - Experience managing contracts throughout the entire lifecycle - Strong organizational skills with proficiency in excel, workbook and other relevant spreadsheets - Strong financial knowledge and skills—ability to understand financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.
