Service Coordinator
Job Description One of Insight Globals Security solutiosn clients is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team in Wall, NJ. This person will play a key administrative and operational role in supporting the service and installation functions of their National Accounts division. They will be responsible for managing the daily service backlog, coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and technicians. Key Responsibilities: - Assist National Accounts Manager with day-to-day service and installation coordination tasks. - Manage and prioritize the service backlog for the service team. - Schedule and dispatch a team of 5 field technicians for service and installation jobs. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer service requests and inquiries. - Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for installation work and job site needs. -Track job progress and ensure timely completion of service tickets.
