Service Coordinator

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Customer Service Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—providing information, resolving issues, and delivering top-tier service. Whether inbound, outbound, or both, your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Resolve customer service or billing concerns by processing returns, issuing refunds, and adjusting invoices.
+ Communicate directly with customers regarding inquiries, claim investigations, and resolutions.
+ Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints, comments, and resolutions.
+ Deliver clear and empathetic service through email, phone, and other communication channels.
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
+ Proficient in documenting customer information accurately
+ Comfortable using MS Outlook and general data entry software
**Education & Experience**
+ High school diploma or GED preferred
+ 2 years of customer service experience required
+ Experience performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
