Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator at Green Power Energy will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless operation of our service processes. This position requires effective communication and strong organizational skills to manage service appointments and customer inquiries. Responsibilities: + Manage service requests from customers, ensuring timely and effective responses. + Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field technicians. + Communicate with customers regarding service status, updates, and follow-ups. + Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions in the company CRM. + Collaborate with the operations team to resolve service issues and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. + Assist in preparing service reports and analysis for management. + Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service offerings. + Work closely with technicians to understand service challenges and provide feedback for process improvement. Requirements + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. + Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Previous experience in a service coordination or customer service role is preferred. + Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
