As part of EMCOR, the world's leading provider in our field, we’re passionate about providing our clients with solutions that make a real difference. **Job Overview** Air Systems Inc., the Sacramento Office, is looking for a **Service Coordinator** to be apart of a three-person Coordinator Team. Responsibilities include supporting both the BAS Coordinator and the Mechanical Coordinator, with a working knowledge of dispatch and coordination of mechanical service technicians. This role requires the ability to cover the shifts of the other coordinators when necessary. Duties include Operational/Office Admin Support, BAS Coordinator and Mechanical Coordinator Support, Invoice Reconciliation, and Service Agreement Management. **Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to:** **Customer Communication** + Serves as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns. + Provides updates to customers on the status of their service requests and any schedule changes. + Acts as a liaison with customers, engineering, and technicians throughout contract administration on projects; assists in developing project scopes and proposals. + Provides input on technician performance and their ability to meet customer expectations and requirements. **Mechanical Service Support** + Reconciles PCard purchases. + Researches billing issues, credits, rebills, and customer requests. + Generates new site locations using the appropriate forms. **PMs (Mechanical Preventive Maintenance)** + Sets up new PM Agreements. + Runs monthly PM Service Orders. + Procures necessary materials. + Manages annual renewals. + Updates existing agreements as necessary. **Operations Support** + Schedules and monitors Refrigerant Inventory reporting. + Creates purchase orders for Truck Stock and Tools. + Provides PG&E support as required. + Provides EH&S administrative support. + Acts as BAS / Mechanical Coordinator back-up as needed. + Supports general office administration tasks. **Qualifications** + Solid understanding of basic accounting and finance principles + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) + Experience with ERP+ or similar accounting systems is a plus, but not required + Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively across departments + Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment + Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills + Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness + Excellent interpersonal and people skills + Clear and effective oral and written communication skills + Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities + Team-oriented with a positive, cooperative attitude + Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities + Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment + Creative thinker with the ability to leverage skills and resources to achieve goals **Benefits** + Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision, prescription). + Telehealth access and HSA/FSA options. + Employer-paid Life, Accident, and Disability Insurance: 1.5 times your salary. + Generous paid time off, with increases each year + 10 paid holidays. + Opportunities for professional growth through educational assistance and career development programs. **Why Air Systems?** At Air Systems, we believe in fostering an environment of growth, integrity, and respect.
