The Role\: Service Central Administration Specialist I
What will you do?
·Executes order administration functions to perform order processing transactions such as work order entry, modifications, cost review, billing and credits through Dynamics and bFS.
·Manages and administers purchase order entry, receiving and related activities.
·Enter Purchase Orders on a timely manner including but not limited to P-card transactions.
·Takes ownership of all orders, ensures administrative support is carried out.
Communicates directly with SC.b and internal customers to ensure order accuracy and to answer general questions regarding order status.
·Meet the goals set by the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
·Monitor individual backlog by checking pending orders to ensure timely and accurate entry of all orders.
·Identify and communicate possible changes to process and procedures to ensure best practices.
·Additional responsibilities include filing and continuous cross-training and uptraining in all forms of service administration.
