Job Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting our global ability to service and repair Teledyne FLIR product. The Remote Service Center (RSC) Coordinator will work closely with our global service centers and internal teams including company sales, service representatives, finance, and global trade compliance to coordinate a variety of remote service functions.
 

This position is located on-site at our Wilsonville, OR office.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Document repair activityReceive RSC requests and prepare ERP documents/trouble tickets related to processing return authorizations (RMA)Update ERP with current status of repairs at RSCsDocument repair details in ERP upon completionAssist in coordination of field service repairs performed by RSCsProcess purchase ordersGenerate quotes for spare parts to RSCsReceive, review, and process RSC material purchase ordersCoordinate with Planning and Shipping teams for the shipment of spare partsReceive and enter purchase orders for maintenance and repair equipmentProvide updates to RSCs on the status of purchase ordersTrack shipments throughout its entire process; service planning, export authorization, shipping, and invoicingProcess material exchanges (one-for-one swaps) for RSCs, as requiredReceive, log, review, and submit RSC invoices to Accounts Payable for processingCoordinate with Service Program Administrator to establish and update service equipment pricingReview and update monthly RSC repair status reportsParticipate in periodic RSC video calls

Global Trade Compliance:

Interface with GTC teams to ensure compliance with federal export regulationsObtain all required license application paperwork from RSCReview documents for completeness and accuracyMonitor license validity throughout lifecycle

Job Qualifications:

Associate degree in business management or equivalent, preferred.5 years experience in sales administration or equivalent in the high-technology government, aerospace, and/or commercial and international industries, preferred.Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office products Experience with SAPExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills requiredDemonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environmentDetail oriented and ability to research and resolve moderately complex issuesAbility to work within a fast paced rapidly changing environmentAbility to plan and organize workloads under limited supervisionSales administration/order fulfillment process experience a plus Strong decision making and problem solving skillsUnderstanding of ITAR and BIS compliance (desired)

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
