Service Center Specialist

We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. + Handle phone calls, online inquiries, and customer walk-ins. + Perform routine tasks related to the support process. + Collaborate effectively with customers and branch staff to resolve issues. + Process customer requests, including generating rental quotes and placing orders via phone, in person, or email. + Document tasks in process flows. + Answer product questions and refer specific inquiries to the appropriate personnel. + Enter orders and arrange deliveries according to agreements, including understanding freight terms. + Manage contract renewals and simple changes to contracts or purchase orders. + Review auto-renewals of contracts and support additions identified by branch staff. + Complete equipment repair processes, schedule pickups, and prepare paperwork for customer approval. + Support Service Shop Technicians with work orders and pulling necessary parts for repairs. + Assist branch staff in compiling metrics and ensure timely completion of customer requests. + Maintain accurate time entries and billing for projects and services. + Update payment information for customer service orders. + Ensure all service operations and part numbers are included in service orders. + Address internal and external customer needs and expectations. + Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and empowerment. + Work effectively in a team environment, with some tasks completed independently.
