Location Information 

 

We provide supplies, medication and equipment for all Main Campus. In this role, you will serve as the workleader while also performing various duties to provide support for the department. Our team is always looking for great people to train and benchmark to advance to Work leaders, Inventory Coordinators. 

 

A caregiver in this position works days, 6:00am—2:30pm or 5:00am—1:30pm.  

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:   

Distribute work to maintain departmental workflow and desk coverage for an assigned area. 

Supervise the department's function and resources in the absence of the manager. 

Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels of products. 

Meet inventory goals by managing tracking systems and acting as liaison to other departments. 

Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs. 

Monitor all areas to ensure product is being rotated first-in, first-out and that expiring product is removed in a timely manner. 

Assist with physical inventory process.   

Count and verify products in inventory and reports discrepancies to upper management, as necessary. 

Administer return shipments of products in case of any shortages and damages and communicates same to vendor. 

Participate on project teams to build competency around specific department tools and methods for organizational performance improvement. 

Conduct quality monitoring by providing training, recommending improved processes, and maintaining documented processes and procedures. 

Assist the Site Manager/Supervisor with dashboard maintenance and compliance. 

Interact with clinical staff and suggest changes to stocking procedures to improve performance of department, par levels and inventory reduction. 

Assist in the development of departmental goals and implementation of new processes. 

 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent 

3 years of experience in materials management, inventory operations or similar role 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

Some leadership or experience providing work direction 

Strong computer skills, experience with inventory tracking systems 

Can analyze data and utilize findings to insure right product in right location

Physical Requirements:

A high degree of dexterity, normal or corrected vision, extensive sitting and frequent walking, occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
