Service Catalogue Manager

NTT Data Greece team is looking for a Service Catalogue Manager in Athens with a strong background in business analysis, reporting, software delivery, and release management to join our IT Service Management team and to work with our clients in the European public sector.

Your role:

Own and manage the Service Catalogue lifecycle, ensuring it reflects current and planned services. Collaborate with service owners, architects, and delivery teams to define and update service entries. Ensure the catalogue is user-friendly, searchable, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders. Maintain metadata, taxonomy, and classification for all services. Coordinate with Change, Release, and Configuration Managers to ensure catalogue accuracy. Support the digitalization and automation of the Service Catalogue (e.g., integration with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools). Enable self-service capabilities and ensure service request workflows are properly linked. Monitor service usage, feedback, and performance to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational standards. Provide regular reports and dashboards on service catalogue usage and updates.

Your profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). 7+ years of experience in IT project/programme management. 3–5 years of experience in IT Service Management or Service Design. Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programmes. Strong understanding of ITIL v4, especially Service Catalogue and Service Portfolio Management. Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, SAFe). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet. Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation. You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).


Nice to have:


ITIL v4 certification (Managing Professional or Strategic Leader). Experience in public sector IT operations or framework contracts. Familiarity with DevSecOps, Cloud services, and automation tools.
