**What You Can Expect**
Primary responsibility is to develop skills in basic troubleshooting and repairing medical electro-mechanical equipment used in procedures.
This is a Mon-Fri ON-SITE position.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Perform routine, non-routine calibrations and repairs on all orthopedic products.
+ Diagnose malfunctions, perform tests, and follow technical manuals to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and replace faulty materials.
+ Use hand tools and testing equipment to repair manufacturing machines and Medical Devices.
+ Understanding of computer programs and learn the use of software used to document customer repairs. Ability to learn to maintain accurate device history files in approved systems.
+ Communicate the repair performed in customer letters.

+ Understand responsibility to the medical profession and follow GMP’s and FDA laws and regulations.
+ Must be detail oriented, able to read, understand and follow detailed procedures.
+ Ability to learn new tasks.
+ Ability to learn how to read, analyze and interpret test data and recognize discrepancies.
+ Must demonstrate ability to troubleshoot.
+ Must be self-motivated and have strong prioritizing and time management skills.
+ Must have excellent communication skills.
+ Physical Demands: ability to move/lift/rearrange heavy items up to 50 lb; standing for extended period, crouching, kneeling etc.
**Your Background**
+ High-Sschool Diploma (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience troubleshooting using basic electronic test equipment, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
+ Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
**Travel Expectations**
Up to 10%
