Service and Repair Technician

Drive Innovation in Mobility Technology

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled and motivated Service and Repair Technician to support the configuration and deployment of handheld mobility devices for a leading technology client. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical and mechanical skills who are passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and deploy handheld devices for customer use.

Support all aspects of the HEM Configuration and Depot process.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on process efficiency and cost reduction.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of device configurations.

Collaborate with team members and assist other departments as needed.

Be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

What You Bring
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).

3+ years of experience configuring or repairing mobility devices or similar equipment.

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.

Familiarity with assistive technology and mobility standards.

Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Effective communication and teamwork.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
