Job Description

 

Under direct supervision, dispatches service and preventive maintenance calls to vendors; ensures all deadlines are met and services are in compliance with customer guidelines. Updates customers on status of service requests by phone, email and/or 3rd party websites.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

 

Dispatches all preventive maintenance calls and follows up with vendors to ensure all calls are completed within the month of dispatchFollows up on preventive maintenance calls; prepares and submits quotes per company and customer guidelines Dispatches all service calls for the assigned locations and ensures all deadlines are metProvide detailed notes to customer 3rd party websites. Processes paperwork daily per company guidelinesCompletes billing in a timely mannerUpdates customers daily on the status of any service requestsCommunicates daily with vendorsAssist with the recruitment of vendors to service locations/customersPerforms on call duty per on call scheduleOther duties assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of five years customer service/dispatch experienceHVAC knowledge/experience preferredAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyComputer skills and proficiency in MS Office softwareSuperior teamwork and problem solving skillsEffective verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers
