Kenworth of Bel Air is looking for an experienced Service Advisor—heavy-duty truck experience preferred—to join our team.As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a vital role in managing communication for all repair activities and ensuring a seamless service experience. You’ll act as a liaison between our customers and the dealership, requiring a solid understanding of mechanical/automotive services and the ability to effectively set and manage expectations.We are committed to providing first-class service, and we’re looking for someone who shares that goal.Schedule: This position requires working Saturdays from 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
