Salary: $60000 - $120000 / year, based on performance

Job Description

The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed service to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments with customersGreet customers and make them feel welcome!Work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicle's service historyAdvise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; advise of any current special promotions availableCompute cost of replacement parts and laborAddress customer's questions and needs promptly and professionallyEnsure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduledReview results of customer satisfaction surveys with service managerMeet the dealership's standards for repair order production

QualificationsAt least 3 + years experience as a Service Advisor in a luxury dealership setting.Experience with Land Rover or another luxury brand.Excellent CSE and Hours per RO.Experience using and working with CDK.General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.ASE certification preferred.Sales experience preferred.Professional personal appearance.Excellent oral and written communication skills.All applicants must be authorized to work in the USAAll applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe mannerAll applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
