Requirements:
Tertiary qualification – Certificate in Service Advisor Training would be advantageous Minimum 2 years’ Service Advisor experience in an Automotive Dealership Computer literate (MS Office Suite) Valid Driver’s license and own transport Excellent customer service skills Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Prepare for the arrival of the customer Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems Liaise with customers on regular basis throughout service Ensure accurate invoice payments Vehicle hand over Customer follow – up and reminders In return a competitive salary is on offer plus an incentive scheme and company benefits
