What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a friendly, professional mannerAccurately document vehicle issues and service requestsCommunicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the service processProvide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction from drop-off to pick-upRecommend additional services based on vehicle inspections and customer history

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced settingKnowledge of CDJR vehicles is a plusA team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
