Key Responsibilities:Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasmAccurately document customer concerns and vehicle issuesCommunicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the service processProvide timely updates and ensure customer expectations are met or exceededPromote recommended services and maintenance with integrityMaintain high CSI scores through outstanding service and follow-upCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
