Service Administrator – Build Trust, Drive Efficiency, Support Big Machines

 

At Liebherr, we don’t just build machines — we build lasting relationships with our clients. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Service Administrator to join our Builds Team and play a vital role in keeping our operations smooth, efficient, and customer-focused.

This is more than just an admin role. You'll be the glue that holds our service processes together — supporting field teams, coordinating services, and making sure every job runs like a well-oiled machine.

What you'll be doing:

 

Open and close jobs for allocated machines Raise all purchase orders and travel authorities relevant to allocated machines Receipt purchase orders on receipt of the goods and services Provide fortnightly WIP report to review invoice targets Update data bases, filing and generating reports What you bring to the team:

 

Cert IV in relevant discipline OR minimum 3 years relevant administrative experience Advanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiency Initiative and self-drive Problem solving skills Sense of Pride and high attention to detail in all that you do Proficient oral and written communication skills Benefits
