Service Administrator
**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented onsite Service Administrator to join our Team specializing in Service for our Branch in Sparwood, British Columbia. In this onsite role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Serve as the first point of contact with customers by phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers. + Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Completes work under a limited degree of supervision. + Create basic work orders including diagnostic plans, quotes and repair plans by determining the length of repair based on parts and labor availability; review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty. + Gathers, compiles and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets. + Completes data collection, data entry and report generation on various departmental related activities including documentation for payment of Vendors, Suppliers and other Third Parties as applicable while responding to inquiries from Accounts Payable and Payees. + Performs associate functions as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. + Responds to or redirects routine to complex inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization/department, its activities or processes so Callers/Visitors are answered promptly and accurately. **RESPONSIBILITIES** To be successful in this role you will need the following: + Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. + Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner in person, over the phone and via email communications. + Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, take ownership and drive a project/task effectively and efficiently. + Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and intermediate level computer skills. + Warranty, Payroll and Invoicing experience preferred. + Please note, this position is 100% onsite at our Sparwood Branch. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education, Licenses, Certifications** + High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. **Compensation and Benefits** Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
