Service Account Executive

Job Description
As a Service Account Executive, youll play a key role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our commercial and institutional clients across Western Washington. Youll collaborate with customers to tailor service agreements, system upgrades, and energy solutions that align with their operational goals and budgets.
What Youll Do
Develop and manage strategic B2B relationships with clients in sectors such as data centers, healthcare, education, and government
Customize and sell multi-year service support agreements, highlighting the value of the companies offerings
Lead owner-direct and negotiated project sales, including:
System upgrades and optimization
Energy services and efficiency projects
Customer training programs
Scope and price tenant improvement projects and long-term service plans

Skills and Requirements
-Proven experience in the Building Controls or HVAC industry
-Strong B2B sales background with a consultative approach
-Working knowledge of DDC control theory, mechanical systems, or building automation systems
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills null
