At Lenovo, we pride ourselves on delivering end-to-end solutions tailored to meet even the most unique customer demands. Our CSP solutions are conceptualized, developed, and deployed worldwide, all within our in-house expertise. **Location:** This position is based in Morrisville, NC. Job Description Summary **What You'll Do** • Collaborate with the engineering team, function owner and script team to debug issues found during test. • Work within a team of different levels of expertise and technical knowledge. • Review design documents (MRD, SPEC, etc.). • Identify and implement NUDD. (New, Unique, Difficult, Different) test cases. • Deliver HW system integration test strategy/plan/cases/report for storage server. • Effective execution based on test plan for storage node, rack and scale testing. • Research technologies for future validation enhancements. • Communicate with project team, development team, vendor and customer about test status, critical blockers. • Plan and control test schedule and test resources (manpower, SUT, material parts). • Manage and track defect status (debug). • Failure analysis of bugs found during validation. • Root cause identification of the issues found during validation. • Highlight project risks, critical defects and report test status to project team and manager. **Basic Qualifications** • 7+ years of hardware engineering experience • Bachelor's or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering • Test/validation and debug experience with servers, storage or GPUs • Customer engagement experience **Preferred Qualifications** • x86 Intel server architecture and/or GPU Nvidia Arm based technology • Experience with OCP based hardware • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with global teams • Experience working with hyperscale customers _We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class._ **Additional Locations** : * United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville * United States of America * United States of America - North Carolina * United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville
