**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic Server Support and DevOps Professional to join our team. This role is crucial for managing server infrastructure and enhancing our software delivery processes through DevOps practices. The candidate will support our CDS team, which includes but not limited to, the Superman, Batman, and Thor teams, by providing robust server support and implementing infrastructure automation. This position requires server administration skills and a good understanding of DevOps to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ **Server Administration** : Support CDS teams with web server administration and act as the primary contact for server-related inquiries. Ensure high availability and performance of server infrastructure.
+ **Deployment & Maintenance:** Deploy applications, perform server upgrades, transition from on-premises Windows Server to Azure, and manage SSL procurement and renewal.
+ **Access Management:** Handle server, file, and folder access for authorized personnel, ensuring security compliance.
+ **Azure Infrastructure Management** : Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure Azure cloud infrastructure. Monitor and maintain Azure resources' health, performance, and security. Optimize cost management.
+ **DevOps Practices:** Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps tools. Automate deployment processes for zero-downtime releases. Collaborate with development teams for smooth code integration and delivery.
+ **Security & Compliance:** Implement standard methodologies for securing Azure resources. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
+ **Monitoring & Addressing: Set up monitoring solutions for proactive issue detection.** Fixing and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues. Provide 24/7 support for critical incidents and perform root cause analysis.
+ **Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with multi-functional teams, offer technical mentorship to junior members, and document processes for information sharing.**
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Keep current with Azure services and standard methodologies. Identify automation and process improvement opportunities. Drive innovation and efficiency within the cloud operations team.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
+ 6 to 8 years of experience in Azure cloud administration and/or engineering.
+ Solid experience working with Azure DevOps, covering CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
+ Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
+ In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including but not limited to Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Active Directory.
+ Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
+ Solid understanding of networking concepts, security standard processes, and cloud governance.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under stress.
+ Good communication and collaboration skills.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
+ Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
+ Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
+ Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
