Yorba Linda Country Club is seeking skilled and personable Server/Bartenders to join our dining team.
We deliver an elevated dining experience through chef-curated menus, a refined atmosphere, and attentive service. We’re looking for hospitality professionals who are confident behind the bar and polished on the floor, with a genuine passion for engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences.
About the Role
This dual position combines bartending and serving responsibilities. You’ll craft classic and contemporary cocktails, provide knowledgeable wine and spirit recommendations, and deliver warm, professional table service. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, making this a great fit for candidates seeking career growth or schedule flexibility.
Starting Pay: Competitive hourly wage + tips
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of upscale/fine-dining service or bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
• Ability to deliver professional table service with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
