The Role
■ Position Overview
We are forming an engineering team dedicated to automating and streamlining server operations for major enterprise clients in the system outsourcing domain. In this role, you will contribute as a Technical Architect or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), providing technical support while also engaging in team management and client communication.
■ Key Responsibilities
Propose, design, and implement server operation automation solutions (streamlining operational processes)Provide technical support for system construction and operationsCommunicate with clients (requirements gathering, improvement proposals, regular reporting, progress management)Manage and mentor a team of 5 or more engineers■ Position Highlights
1. Experience with Large-Scale, Mission-Critical Systems
You will gain hands-on experience operating high-availability, high-reliability systems for major enterprises. Exposure to a wide range of technologies will allow you to deepen and broaden your skill set.
2. Career Advancement Opportunities
This role offers practical experience in SRE-related areas such as configuration management and automation, providing a clear path for growth as an SRE or Technical Architect.
3. Global Environment to Utilize English Skills
You will frequently collaborate with overseas offices and international team members, offering opportunities to leverage and improve your language skills.
Note: Support is available for those who are not yet confident in their English proficiency.

Who You Are
Required:
Experience in server setup or operations (on-premises or cloud – no preference)Experience in creating operational designs and manuals/procedure documentsLeadership experience (e.g., team guidance, member management)Comfortable with using English (reading/writing and basic conversation)Preferred:
